indicate和show的主要区别

1. 表示通过某些信息、证据，来显示、表明一些结论时，indicate 和 show 两者一般可以互换使用，例如:
   • The survey shows/indicates that there is a large amount of oil.
     调查显示那里有很多石油
2. show 还可以表示向某人展示某物，而 indicate 不可以。例如:
   • John showed Mary his new bicycle.
     约翰向玛丽展示了他的新自行车
3. show 还可以表示解释、说明，而 indicate 不可以。例如:
